That way you also block all personal information from reading by those apes that found your phone. We know it is a pain to enter a password each time your phone goes into standby mode. So we created this convenient mobile app. It allows you to remotely lock your phone only when you want to using a simple SMS text message. Easy peasy.

How does it work?

The “Remote Lock and Protect Your Lost Phone” app needs to be installed on your mobile phone while you still have it.
During installation you enter a code word. After you lost your mobile phone, you can use any other mobile phone to send it an SMS text message with content: lock code word. Your lost phone will lock the main screen and reply with an SMS text message to confirm. To unlock you need to enter the code word on the mobile phone directly or send it an Unlock SMS text message. And no, restarting the phone will not do the trick so better be careful to remember your code word! Also removing the mobile app is code word protected. Easy peasy.
